Dancing, or wobbling?Yeah for sure Herm I agree totally on the Ginger level I won't be pushing it any further that's for sure
First spirit that comes to mind is Rum.
We call it Dark n Stormy here in Queensland ginger beer with a good shot or two of Bundaberg Rum gets me dancing pretty quickly

Medium Sweet Mixed Berry Cider at 14 months. ABV: 7%.
Well and truly the last of this. I won't be making any more of these type ciders. Whether or not it improved since I drank the previous bottle this has virtually no carbonation and although it is certainly drinkable tastes like it may be about to turn. Has a nice clarity but I wanted something a bit darker and like the other kits before it; the colour is too pale. Nothing against Strawberries but there doesn't look to be much else going on in there.
I might add half a sherry glass of Cassis and some tonic water to the remainder of the 2 litre bottle. Will sleep on that.
Photos of beer in a brown bottle are not very informative. Out in the shop brewing, so no glass to pour this in. My version of 3 Day Weekend, second batch of the 3rd iteration. VERY yummy now. More like a dubbel. Nice boozy feel going down, sweet corn pop in to go with the hops. YUM! I'm thinking the numbers of the brew session might be off a bit. I never bothered to go back and verify them.
