What are you drinking right now?

Blonde Bombshell Belgian Ale. Fermented with Cellar Science Monk yeast. A tad on the fruity side but strong.

Pink Boots IPL. I didn't brew it, but I created the recipe. Our brewery's owner asked me a couple of months ago to write a recipe for Mother's Day featuring the Pink Boots hop blend. It's crispy, low abv and bitterness, plenty of hop aroma and flavor. I wish I could make lagers that look this good

Yeah that looks perfect if anything a tad more head would be good.

Congratulations in being part of its creation I hope it was a hit over the bar.:)

My Old Suffolk (Dark Strong Ale). Two months old (bottled). ABV: 7%. Mega strong, already has great mouthfeel but promising head dissipated very quickly and taste whilst also pretty good in some respects suggests a long maturation for everything to fully come together, maybe 6 months for the keg.

So I went to a Total Wines in Virginia over the weekend and wowwie! A West Coast IPA and a Pils had a love child...

I found a really light, beach beer made in Miami last week that had somewhat the same concept: hoppy & very light. I may be sipping on one of those later. For what it was at 5%, it would be an ideal beach beer. If I think about it, I might take a pic later.
I don't know if the Virginia and Florida stores are related, but I love our Total Wine stores.
That is the second from South Florida that I really like.
