Did y'all put some somewhat darker Crystal malts in that recipe or is it a red IPA? It looks nice.
Hate to call you out on your own beer Ben, but it's got about 5% British dark crystal 77LNo crystal malts I'm pretty sure in that beer

I was thinking Crystal 80, but not quite to the levels of an ESB, so I'm not nuts. Well at least not on this issue.

Buddy and I swapped stouts after mass today. Here is his. More bitter than mine. Quite possible he used cans of extract for this one. Still not bad at all.
One of my favorites, but with diet. The caffeine means not after 5.
A Belgian strong. At 9%, just one.
Then a Stout, ready for St.Pats...

School system is on spring break this week, so time for a little Monday day drinking. Decided to tap this English mild. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. Note to self... avoid bright blue T-shirts when trying to capture the color of a pint
Looks nice! Our break is first week of April. I plan to brew and day drink
IPL hitting it's stride. I love this beer for being hoppy but not bitter. I have a hard time teaching our staff that those are 2 separate descriptions of beer, despite being usually related. I'll need to take a few bottles in to help with "training"
