First pour of Bunyip. Note that this was the first bottle filled off the fermenter, so it had spigot trub.
Lovely head and color, nice clarity, citrusy aroma, plenty of fizz, kind of light bodied and easy drinking. Oh yeah, this is a winner. I could see this on regular rotation. Thanks @Trialben for a fine recipe.

Test bottle of De Koninck.
Carbonation is OK, head/foam could be better, but the bottle was quite cold when I poured it.
Tastes good. Nothing exciting, just a very nice easy drinking beer. Just like the original.
No idea if it tastes like the original though as it's been years since I had one :)
Would be nice to taste them next to each other. And if they would be very different, I would still like mine, and would just rename it :D
