This is amazing. Imagine all the good things you like about chimay grand reserve, but smoother, more intense and less of the harsh bite you associate with Belgians. Really good, wish i could afford more, lol

Not to bad thin mouthfeel seems like the common denominator with these so far.
In Aus oats still arnt considered GF by Coeliac Australia even uncontaminated oats.I thought of the same thing. Do flaked oats have gluten? If not, that would be a no brainer, especially for a Pale Ale.

Makes me wonder how one could increase mouthfeel with no impact on flavor. With soup I make a roux with GF flour, not sure it would be OK for beer...
