What are you drinking right now?

Always the same German lager or a mix of pale/amber/dark?
Dunkel most of the time. Did a Vienna and a Marzen in the fall though just because I thought it was a rule lol. My sequence is altered though since I’m trying to serial repitch this Yorkshire yeast so 3 bitters in a row. I have a dunkel lagering. After I’m done with the Yorkshire brews I’m doing a Munich Lager with a mix of light and dark and some red x (5%) and about 30 ibu. I also have half a keg of Porter left so that replaced the stout last round

I chilled the keg of Shady Angel to about 50F and couldn't help myself. Needs more carbonation but time will fix that. Malty and roasty but not bitter with a very subtle vanilla finish. I like it!

This yeast slurry that I reused for this batch needs to be tossed tho. This is the 2nd batch thats tasted great before packaging, but once it's cold and in the keg develops a super strong sulfur smell but thankfully not a sulfur flavor. I'm not too sure why but hopefully it won't be an issue again
