Dunkel most of the time. Did a Vienna and a Marzen in the fall though just because I thought it was a rule lol. My sequence is altered though since I’m trying to serial repitch this Yorkshire yeast so 3 bitters in a row. I have a dunkel lagering. After I’m done with the Yorkshire brews I’m doing a Munich Lager with a mix of light and dark and some red x (5%) and about 30 ibu. I also have half a keg of Porter left so that replaced the stout last roundAlways the same German lager or a mix of pale/amber/dark?

Agree on SABL. Very solid beer, never disappoints.Made a lager variety pack at the store. I can't remember the last time I had Boston lager, but I really liked it! And I think this is my first ever doppelbock...I don't know that I need anymore again lol
