First pull of this batch of Wayner's pale ale. Clear enough for me, great grapefruit nose, good bitterness, but not as crisp of a flavor as I'd wanted. I expect that a week or three in the keg will help.

Here's the Trost Norwegian lager anyone one here drink let me know?

Grainy malty some sorta lemony flavour from the hops. Nice tight persistent fluffy head light bodied easy drinking..only just a tad light on the bitterness.
If only the pilsner I'm brewing tonight turns out as great as this one!

Built myself an IPA variety pack at kroger. So far I've had Nice or Naughty cold IPA, Celebration, and a new one for me Pernicious IPA

Azacca APA is a joy to pour; it develops a nice foamy head, and is aromatic, with a nice mouthfeel, and it tastes pretty good. I wish I knew enough to say Azacca will blend with this or that hop, as I think it would be better blended.
Wondering how it might work in a Belgian Dubbel?

One of my favorite beer styles

At lhbs to pick up supplies, and enjoy a drop or two. My wife has Krimson Killa’ an American Red Ale made by Riip in Huntington Beach, CA. My beer is Strata Galaxy, a Hazy West Coast IPA by Cellarmaker in San Francisco. Both tasty beers.
