View attachment 16766 MPS, my Belgian Dubbel. Wow, this is a fine brew. It is a big beer, with an aroma that hints of banana; there is some spice in a nice full body; it is kinda boozy at 7.6% abv. I think this will be very nice in the cooler months.
Oh yeah, to the right of my beer is my sourdough starter, fed and ready for making bread.

What yeast did you use?

Edited to add the worst IPA in the box. It's a pretty approachable double IPA all things considered. Just not one of my favorite styles

Janet’s Brown Ale, about 6+ months after packaging. This was fermented with Voss. It is not the clean, smooth beer that US-05 produced. This will probably be good around a campfire in the fall, I hope.

Left over from the fermenting keg. SO happy with how this turned out. Nice and bready. Dry but can still taste the maltiness. Just enough Hallertau to balance. This will be real nice in a few weeks. Flavor is real clean. Fermented under pressure in the mid 60s

Oh! They changed the label, use to be black! That is a great brew, as is pretty much anything the do.
