She liked her’s so much that she is having another. I’m going to have a Block 15 Sticky Hands IPA.

Much more balanced. Less of a cheek puckering dry sensation. Doesn't taste like it's 7% lol Batch 2 should be carbed up soon

Back in our accommodations after a very nice evening walk in light rain here in Eugene Time for some local craft beverages. Hard cider for her, IPA for me. We have been stocking up on singles at a local, upscale Oregon market chain that specializes in everything local, called Market of Choice. They do carry a good selection of nationally available products, and I picked up something special from Sierra Nevada. We’ll see about that later.

It's good. 30ish projected IBUs, bittering/aroma/dry hop additions, pale ale malt with Vienna, c40, and carapils. It doesn't really knock my socks off with hop aroma or flavor, but it tastes good. It was a one gallon batch, so I maybe scaled the hop amounts down too much.
