@Sunfire96 we enjoyed the beautifully scenic drive to Corvallis on Route 99, and just by random chance pulled into public parking next to American Dream Pizza and Crowbar. We strolled along the river, then returned to starting point and enjoyed a pizza and a pint - an Oakshire IPA for me, and a 2 Towns cider for her. Unfortunately, we were both a little wounded after overdoing it a bit yesterday. Some day, we will return.
Now that's my kinda drinking.I'm outside drinking homebrew and working on projects. Doesn't get much better than that

I swear I was using a handsaw the whole time! Kept getting sawdust in my beer...Now that's my kinda drinking.

Fun fact: my future in-laws swear they have "the gene" for finding 4 leaf clovers. I have seen at least 5 members of the family walk past a swath of clovers, casually look down, and pick a 4 leaf clover like it was f*cking nothing. They do it all the time. #magic

And if you're moving to Eugene it will work in your favor to pretend that Corvallis is terrible

I know who is where. My wife can’t keep the two universities straight. We enjoyed a day of very fine weather - clear and sunny all day. Now I’m cooking and drinking a very nice IPA from Worthy Brewing in Bend, OR.
