What I call Glorious Amaryllis, a SMaSH with Weyermann Pilsner and Mosaic, after the Yellow Rose of Lone Pine. Delicious. Very pleased. Made some mistakes, with the carpet drinking more than it’s fair share, and unequal bottle conditioning as a result, but live and learn.

Same as yesterday. This keg has lasted longer than any I can remember. Probably due to having to drink all of the canned and bottled beer we bought for the holidays. Seems our guests were on better behavior than usual
