Here in SCPA it drops into the single digits tonight and I think we're not above freezing until Thursday ...glad I got the throwing done early ...we got maybe 6 inches and while my driveway is only about 60 feet, the neighbor's is 300.

It was really nice on Saturday, but that only lasted a day. It is going to get very close to freezing on Friday all the way down here. Low of 35.

It snowed in the Panhandle last night and still hasn't made 40 here yet today.
Another day out of school. Basically 20-30% of our kids would miss since the bus turn around never melted in places. We had 60 some percent attendance the one day we had school last week
They are not. We had 10 virtual days to use and those are spent. On those we send work and we report if able. The snow days which tomorrow makes 5 we have to make up. The kids have enough hours built in they will only have to make up 1 day.
I was just thinking if I could travel back in time and try and explain that term myself as a kid

Is it me or are days off because it's too hot or too cold more frequent than what I recall growing up?
