Wet hops cascade homegrown 155g
Cane sugar 1.5kg
.250g maltodextrin
.600g home-made Belgian Amber candy sugar
500g ginger
200g in boil pictured in bowl
300g will be juiced and added tomorrow before fermentation along with this bag of weed oh I mean wet hopsView attachment 24700

ended up 10 brix into the kegmenter 1.040 thats a beer og considering its probably gunna ferment to near 1.000

Man I really liked the flavour post boil before racking to kegmenter had a great ginger flavour and some lemon going on even though no lemon myrtle has gone in yet. I can only attribute this to the citric acid addition interesting! Gunna try this more in my fruited brews even my cider cool lernt something today

Uh..huh..Suuurre you did. You know the rules: no pictures, it didn’t happen.I brewed another Bunyip today! But didn't take any pictures lol. The wort is currently on the front porch chilling. I'll pitch the yeast tonight or tomorrow, depending on what temp it gets to.
