Brewed a WC IPA today.
I still have a couple of minor hiccups in my process to iron out. I made a change adding a dial thermometer to my CF outlet, and had hose length issues, should have put more thought into that. Notice that the thermometer is on the inlet to the chiller, not the outlet, DOH! Everything else went smooth, going to give my back a 1 hour break (read nap), then time for clean up.
