Sorry to hear of the cold weather/water/power issues! We could definitely use the precipitation over here in California. Living here for about 40 years i have seen some fires (up close in backyard and not so close by) but these current ones are the worst! These winds are also the worst which when added to the dry conditions (and the potential arsonist) is unnerving. Thankfully i haven't lost power but my daughters were out of power for over 2 days (some near me had no power for 4 days!).

Sincerely hope that you and yours stay safe. It is looking like one of the worst natural disasters, and very distressing to see that there isn't an end in sight at this point.
 
We finally get kids back in the building tomorrow. Limited busing. Some areas just will not melt to allow buses to turn around.
