Tasting notes?I brewed a peach wheat ale this am. All done by 10:30 am. Pretty smooth brew day.
Peaches will go in at end of fermentation. Until then, pretty basic.Tasting notes?
I'm curious because I grow peaches and always have plenty. I've made peach wine that is very good. I have thought about a peach wheat or Saison but haven't gone there yet. Just curious, how much do you use?Peaches will go in at end of fermentation. Until then, pretty basic.

When I did this I used basically a quart mason jar of them.I'm curious because I grow peaches and always have plenty. I've made peach wine that is very good. I brew mostly 2.5 gal batches. I will throw in 3 to 4 lbs in this batch.I'm curious because I grow peaches and always have plenty. I've made peach wine that is very good. I have thought about a peach wheat or Saison but haven't gone there yet. Just curious, how much do you use?
Do you notice a peach flavor or aroma? In my wine I noticed some aroma but not really a flavor. It may have been because the wine yeast fermented dryer. What yeast do you use?I brew mostly 2.5 gal batches. I will throw in 3 to 4 lbs in this batch.
