Notes
Modeled after Ballast Point homebrew recipe for Imperial Red Ale scaled down. Going for crisp and bitter red ale with some nice malt characteristics and hoping the dank/strawberry qualities from Strata play well.
Using Lallemand Bry-97 instead of Bell's House yeast and hoping this will be my new house clean ale yeast. Easy to use and will look to start top cropping or stepping up yeast to save from batch to batch.
ALDC at Pitch and with Dry hop post completion of fermentation. Drop to 60-58 degree for dry hop for a day or two and then crash.
