Notes

This recipe was developed to use up leftover ingredients from past brew days and kits that had been cannibalized.

Directions:
Bring 1-gallon of water up to 165F.
Add Vienna and Pilsen grains, steep for 30 minutes.
Bring water up to a boil.
Add 8.8 oz LME and 2.69 lb DME
Add 0.25 oz hops.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Add 0.25 oz hops at flameout.
Cool to pitching temps and pitch ½ pkg Safale US-05. You want 2.5 gallons in the fermenter.
Ferment for 10 days, prime with 2 oz table sugar then bottle.
