Made this up with what I had on hand. . Seemed like a good idea at the time. Will follow up with results.
Isn’t very good. Blonde Leffe like but due to cold snap didn’t get a clean fermentation with the Kveik yeast. Too sweet and cidery
Redo when hot out, use more hops
