This is my second attempt at building this recipe. First one was a SMaSH beer that landed thin and lacked complexity. I was trying to build a good lawnmower beer, but it needed modification. Just bottled today (Jan 22, 2024) and I'm happy with how it turned out. Maybe not lawnmower worthy, but was very balanced.
