Notes
Simple 4% throw down.
brew it up and smash em down.
My recipes are focused on being more budget conscious.
had great reviews from multiple local competition winning brewers, plus a variety of customers from my brew store days.
I use a Brewzilla robobrew, my mash times very, i have 3 sons and am a single dad so i set it up and walk away for around an hour.
normally set to 152f
this recipe also works well a little lower for some thinness around 146f as the small amount of oats brings the mouthfeel back
