The recipe calls for WLP090 for fermentation, I'm using Verdant to emphasize hop flavors.
This recipe is a demo for Learn to Homebrew Day. Take bottling equipment to demo packaging small batches. Bottle-condition using standard procedure (1 sugar cube per 16 oz bottle).
Did not come out dark enough, increase Midnight Wheat.
