Dry hopping:
Do it within the fermentation time range; leave in for ~5days?
at least 2g per liter, even more (100-200g even?) (more than 8g / liter not useful) => 100g. Centennial and Citra. => don't use any sock for this
Do it on Monday, Tuesday; check the
Beetroot juice from Lidl beetroot
We wanted a red ale but dunno if this will be such.
Dry hopping done Wed 1.11. (6 days in fermenter):
Added roughly 50g each of Citra, Centennial, no sock used, just dumped it in the fermenter
