Maceración único escalón beta y alfa 65º 70m, inactivación 77º 10m.
Agua total 12,79 L; Pérdida teórica: 1,84 L grano + 2,12 L hervor (20%) + 0,33 L torbellino = 8,5 L a fermentar.
Starter: 500ml (final de hervor) + 50g DME + 3,6g lev seca, sin agitador alcanza (seguro para lev seca con rango teorico de entre 10 - 20 B de cel/g : 0,6 - 0,9 Mcel/ml/ºP).
