Notes
Thin mash is required for brewing on a Brewzilla with circulating mash. I find that performing a mash-out improves efficiency, only needing to account for about 1/2 quart per lb grain loss for absorption, then adding the difference in a batch sparge to reach a pre-boil volume of 6.5 gal. This should leave about 5.5 gal to transfer into the fermentor.
Single dry hop, although I'm sure this will change as I brew this more often. (First time using kveik yeast).
