Hello all
made batch ,came out very well but a bit dark
I've made adaptions now so Ill let you know
small changes to Cara red from dark crystal and roast malt from 2.5 to 1.5 %
added percent to make up total 100 to Munich and GP
also change roast addition to late 15 min of boil
still only making 10 litre batch's until I get everything right
