Notes

I called this a Pseudo lager because I am using the NovaLager Yeast and fermenting at 54 degrees for the first 2 weeks (Ted at More Beer in Riverside, CA recommended this based on the muse recipe I found and was altering).

The measured OG was 1.075. Lagered in a wine fridge at 54.
