4-7 days @ 16-18C. Keg on day 7, gas, cold crash. Gelatin. Day 14, drink.
Pilsner to 1.050. RO blended with my decent tap water. Mash 152. Citra 40 ibus (30 bittering + 1oz at 10m + 1oz at flame out.) Pitch a packet of 34/70 in a keg w blow off. Ferment at 62F, forget it for a week.
Put on gas, cold crash. Gelatin.
Day 14, crush it.
