Brew day: 2023/02/06
Add 20L to Brewzilla, preheat to 68C and add all grains. Set temp to 66C and turn on 500W element only. Use re-circulation pump until mash complete, ~60 minutes.
Set Brewzilla to boil and turn on both elements
sparge with 175°F (79°C) water to 30L level in Brewzilla
Boil for 60 minutes, hopping as in ingredients section.
Whirlpool Method:
Add Whirlfloc @5 mins left on boil, Add yeast nutrient as desired.
cut flame/ heat and whirlpool with hops in kettle for 5-10 minutes
Take out Hops and wait (whirlpool?) another 10 minutes
Cold Crash after this rest period
Ferment warm (20C) until fermentation complete, usually ~14 days
Dryhop as specified.
prime with Corn sugar and bottle.
