Notes
Version 3 has a different Maris Otter from version 2. Still Crips Malting but the No19 Floor Malted Maris Otter. Rest of recipe was also scaled down to lower ABV and match current 80% brewhouse efficiency attained from 5.3 pH and finely crushed grain. Lowered flaked corn from 3 pounds to 2 pounds.
