Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
-BF estimate for 154 strike trying to target 149, hit 151, stirred and stirred with ice pack until I dropped to a little over 149, gluca-buster stirred in
-took small sample after stirring for about 10 minutes. pH 5.35!
-45 boil 1/2 dextrose added at 10, good thing with higher water volume gravity was lower, but efficiency guess was close to the 84 I targeted
-finish volume 6.7, 6.5 into fermenter, accidently dropped 1 hop bag in and had to remove, only 3oz hung
-pitched 91.3, fermenter set to 91, activity at night and fully going in morning
