Hochkurz double decoction. Used 11 gal distilled + 7 gal filtered tap water. Added 2 tsp CaCl +20 ml Lactic Acid to mash water. Added Caramel 20 and rice hulls to the mash after pulling 2nd decoction.
Infused to 145F, 1st decoct to 160F, 2nd decoct to 170F. Brewed 9/28/2021. Hit 11 gal @ OG 1.056.
