You can add up to 100% Maris Otter in substitute for 2 Row, I used what I had :)
1/2 Campden Tablet in Strike Water
1/2 Campden Tablet Sparge Water
1.91Lb Lactose and 8oz of Maltodextrin added to Wort at flame out
3 Madagascar Vanilla Beans cut and scraped and soaked in 5.5-6oz of Bourbon added at Kegging (2oz of Bourbon per Bean)
16-32oz Unsweetened Coconut Chips soaked in vodka for a few days then Toasted in oven for 20~ mins at 300F (until golden brown). Added to fermenter after completion of fermentation
6lbs Frozen Blueberries In Secondary in this order:
Frozen, Brought to room temp, Smashed while still in bag, Refreeze for few days, then added to fermenter after hitting FG for 5 days
Small dram Marshmallow extract added at kegging.
2 to 4oz Chocolate extract added at kegging. You can start at 1oz and add based on your taste.
2 to 4oz Blueberry extract added at kegging
