Notes
Based on "May the Schwartz Be With You" as published in Zymurgy magazine.
Using the bag provided, steep crushed grains in 3-6 gallons of water at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove and drain well. Don't squeeze grain bag!
Add extracts and start boiling. Proceed as usual.
I used Crystal hops in the recipe because we don't have Horizon in stock.
2 packs of yeast are provided because lagers want much larger yeast pitches than ales do. Add both at the start of fermentation.
