Notes
Put grains in grain bag.
Fill half pot with water, drop in grain brag, bring to boil.
Remove grain bag and fill rest of pot with water, and return to boil.
Start 60 min timer.
Move off boiler and stir in 6lb LME 1lb DME
Add 1 oz us golding hops at 60
add .5 oz liberty at 45
add 1 oz williamette at 15
toast coconut at 320 for 5-10 min, put in grain bag, and add to last 5 minutes of boil
Cool as fast as possible
Rack into fermentation bucket once cool enough to handle
top off to 5 gallon in fermentor
add yeast and oxygenate (stir and swirl fermentor)
move to trents room
add 14 oz toasted coconut to primary
