Notes

2 malts / 2 hops - Easy to make, inexpensive and tasty to drink. Great for the older drinker and those not inclined to hoppy beers.

This brew was a tribute brew for Jim Payne, AKA the Old Fart Brewery in the UK. Jim passed in February of 2019. He was known for his ingenuity and love of making a great inexpensive beer. Extra Special Bitters were his "go to " style.

Cheers, Jim! You are sorely missed.
