This recipe turned out quite nice. Cali yeast fermented quickly, but temps were on the high side, no less, it's a flavorful ale, with some slight sweetness &fruity esters on the body from the yeast and honey malt, but a zingy rounded out finish from the rye, and a few days cold crashing. Slight haziness from the flake, but clarifying fairly well. I will perhaps try to reduce ferm temps next try. Aim to get a drier cripness. Over all, a solid blonde recipe for a full flavor well rounded ale, tho. It's a keeper.
