Notes

Mash at 67 for 60 minutes with rest at 40-50C for malted oats
Boil for 90 minutes
Add bittering hops at 50 minutes and complete boil
Recirculate via hop back for 35 and 20 minute additions at 90deg.C and 73deg.C respectively then empty.
Add "1 minute" additions to hop back once the wort has reach 66deg.C and transfer to fermenter via hop back then plate heat exchanger.
Aerate
Pitch yeast at 18.5deg.C and ferment to achieve fg.
Dry hop, recirculating via hop back, for days 1-2, 3-5 and 6-8.
