5.8 gal to fermenter. 65% Brewhouse efficiency. 5.28 gal. bottled. Not clear yet after 2 weeks in bottle, gelatined in primary coldcrashed too. Tasty but not super delicious, OK, melon rind, light lemon hint of savory something maybe coriander? Crisp I think.
