Notes

Fermented in Roundbottom fermentor and transfered into keg-king junior for straight drop into Kegorator: limit exposure to O2 and finished ferminting after 15 days (with appropriate dry hopping).

Very nice yellow hazy beer with tart bitter flavour off-set with floral notes of lemon and pineapple.
