Next time, reduce Victory malt to .5lb, increase GNO to 1.5lb, and do not use Warrior hops (drop IBU by ~11).

20230315 - Really good feedback from Olde Town Mash Paddlers March 2023 meeting. Maybe this recipe has promise as a long 'aged' brown ale.
