Notes

Post brewing notes: Forgot to add the sugar fortunately I somehow managed to get around 85% eff for this batch. Dry hopped on day 3 at 1.017, but krausen had dropped Day 2 at 1.020. Tempted to add some enzyme to get that gravity down, but I'm hoping we will get a little bit of hop creep if I let it dry hop at 70F.

Beer finished out at 1.014, and tastes amazing at bottling. Malty, dank, and fruity.

Pre-Brewing Notes: Forgot Maris otter at the brew shop so I decided to just throw a few random malts in there to get a more complex and deep malt flavor like I planned to get from 1/2 marris and 1/2 Pilsen base. I need to have something to stand up to the 6oz dry hop.

Comet, and Columbus only with a heavy dry hop. Should be a huge blast of citrus and dank American hop flavors.

S-04 in hopes to get a dry finish with a bit of extra esters and flavors. Always helps the dry hop pop as well. Made a 1.5L starter.

Flavors coming from all over to create a nice well balanced beer that anyone should find pleasing. My goal with this beer is to make a beer with a very simple hop profile, be super easy drinking, and great flavors from malt and yeast to keep those who are not interested in hops drinking. Gotta get them hooked somehow.
