I am currently doing small batches sized for Brewdemon fermenters. I'm gearing up to go to a 10 gallon system for outdoor brewing and eventually hope to add an electric brewing system for those winter sessions. Like many, I started with kits and went from a Hefeweizen based on extracts to mini mashes and now I do brew in a bag and all grain. I bounce around on styles and have brewed Hefeweizens, Ales, Red and Brown Ales, Scottish Ales. I really like Stouts and I'm headed that way, as soon as some more of my equipment is upgraded to accommodate larger mashes.
I don't stick to any styles...I try it all.
