I have been brewing since 2008, starting with an Honey Brown extract kit from Midwest Brewing and worked my way up through partial mash in a pot and all-grain with a cooler. In 2012 I built a mostly automated BIAB system named HAN SOLO (Hands-free Australian No Sparge Original Lager Ox). I retired that system in 2015 for an electric setup and now brew about twice an month.
Mostly Cask-conditioned English Ales, Traditional German Lagers, Hoppy American beers, and few Belgians and sours here and there.
