Whiskey, Bourbon, and Other Fine Spirits!

Jura is an island in the Inner Hebrides, sometimes referred to as the isle of deer. The actual Scots Gaelic word for deer is fèidh. My wife, born & raised in Ireland, is a walking Gaelic dictionary :)
Thank you for the correction

I'm generally interested about what you've got to drink, but I'm genuinely curious about what you have on in the background in all these pics and if I can guess it....
Yeah there always something going on on the TV in the background.:p

I thought at first @thunderwagn was a gamer getting a quick fix in between getting 're sporned in video game

Our tv is always on if my wife is home, and you can almost always see it in my photos as there isn't really anywhere in our living room or kitchen that you can't see it. We live in an old farm house and and the kitchen and living room is all one big room. She says she has to have it for the noise. She isn't even watching it, but it's gotta be on! The only other spot I have is my gym and brewery area down in the basement...

Phew... was thinking there could be some subliminal messaging going on there:eek::) Nice whiskey collection btw.

Thank you for the correction

I actually asked the wife what the English translation for Jura was after seeing the bottle in your pic. She obliged me with a dissertation, so thought I'd pass it along.

Treating myself to a pull on the Old Forester 1910 tonight. :) Yum

Looks good.
Just got back from a day of shopping in Reno and enjoying a shot of Evan and a pint of my Cascade Pale Ale. A couple of each and it'll be pillow time.

That looks good and BoB, but you've peaked my interest by what's showing up there in the background!
