Sous vide those at 133F for two hours, then sear them! When I buy steaks at Costco (their meat is really good), I season them, and vacuum seal them for future use.The most I've spent on protein for dinner. Hope I don't mess it up

425F for 15 minutes. The batch size was for a 9-10 inch skillet but mine is only 8 inches. I think that's why it rose so nicely. I also greased the sides of the skillet with melted butterYup I've just been googling it.
We do pancakes most weekends so I'm gunna give this a whirl for sure!
