I've not ever really mastered my own curry even though I grow fresh ginger and tumeric and chillies.
I suppose it's like hombrewing always striving for something better.

Probably one of my favorite meals - shrimps (I'm on a diet and this article says shrimps are okay to eat). Butterflied shrimp, cheddar biscuits, coleslaw, onion rings and tartar sauce. Much better than a restaurant.

Homemade smoked chicken pizza tonight. Since it’s still afternoon here, I’ll post a pick when we bake pizza tonight. The dough is going strong though, and my wife got us a pizza stone. First use tonight!

There we go...the finished product..skirt steak's gotta be the best steak..

And pizza is served. Smoked chicken, barbecue with an herbed crust. First bake on a pizza stone. I like it!
