What did you get delivered today

That will likely be my long term solution, but this gets me started with being able to have homebrew at the trailer this summer
The first one of those I owned worked with a sodastream without the adpator. I just had to remove the extra spacer at the bottom of the regulator and the cylinder would screw in directly. Though as it hits the release piston on the cylinder fairly early there's a lot of gas escaping while you finish tightening things.

So I'm currently using an adapter that lets you drop the pin after screwing on the adapter - https://www.kegland.com.au/deluxe-sodastream-cylinder-adapter-with-pin-adjustment.html. I'm guessing there are quite a few different Chinese manufacturers of the regulators and adapters so who knows how universal things are.

That's a whole book there!
Sure is its like a how to brew for Gluten free brewing.

It goes through the different grains used to make gluten free beer their amylase enzymes type their geletanisation temperatures.
It goes through the different mashing regimes used either semi decoction or Andrew Laverys decantation semi decoction mash to rising (standard barley mash) and falling mash where geletanisation is achieved first then as the mash falls the enzymes are added for conversion.
It goes through the many diffent endogenous enzymes employed to extract as much fermentable sugars outta the GF grains debranching enzymes that attack the 1,6 linkages enzymes for beta lautering efficiency or enzymes that produce more maltose over glucose even enzymes employed post mash into the fermenter.
Also It gives dosage rates on these enzymes .

And 40 or so gluten free tried and tested beer recipes.

And that's from what I've gleaned in the few pages I've read.

This is a real game changer or lifts the mysteriousness of going about GF homebrewing :)

Some Hitempase Deltase HT high temperature Amylase Enzymes this stuff is good up to 100c crazy eh!

Also grabbed some of that Nova lager yeast from lallamand looking forward to giving this a crack.

Got some tettnanger for the Quarterly brew and some NZ waimea hops to try in a hybrid lager GF Beer.

I love that I have no clue what you are talking about! You have left beers orbit and are on a brave new mission to explore brave new beer worlds!
 
Ah its All just trial and error.
Reading up and trying to put together understanding of how to best approach this Gluten Free Brewing.
I'm just glad many other hombrewers have blazed the trail before me and shared their comments online:)

The homebrew gods have been smiling down upon me. A coworker found 3 corny kegs that we have no use for at work and guess who got to take them home for free :D
How much did you charge them? :rolleyes::p
 
2 more little kegs + tapping heads and a couple more small fittings
I asked the seller to put a little pressure in them before shipping. It made a big difference (road transport starting at 1750 mtr above sea level, ending at 330 mtr)
