I had two different ones already this weekend. I had one on Friday, and I had a guest tap from Edmunds Oast (Charleston Brewery) later this afternoon. Both were tasty. My Sunday brewery just released theirs this weekend, and I will have it tomorrow.
Its funny, I don't want to get out and get drunker than shit for St Patrick's Day anymore, especially somewhere really obnoxious and crazy. Having a couple of normal, Dry Stouts on album night was great. I'm looking forward to having a couple early tomorrow before it gets too nutty....Well. maybe a Stout and a Dunkel:)
I found a tiny Corned Beef Brisket at Publix today. I was very happy they had a little one just for me. My wife always did the Corned Beef and Cabbage, so I really wanted to do one for myself. I found a slow cooker recipe that looks pretty easy and doable early on a Sunday morning with a bluesy, jazzy, prog rocky Spotify playlist.
 
I went to my normal Sunday brewery earlier. I had my Dunkel, and I saw the Stout was a 6% Milk Stout. Initially, I thought, "Damn, this sucks". I ordered a 9oz. It was roasty and downright f ing good on nitro. Glad I didn't thumb my nose up at it, even though I actually prefer them on CO2 these days.
