I didn't remember seeing the label last year, but I wasn't paying close attention. When one of the places here did it this year, it started catching my attention because their Pale Ale was damn good with the wet hop.

Enjoying my second cup of Daydreamer tea, sweetened with a little honey. Later this morning, I will put some salmon on the smoker (Chinook and Coho that I caught earlier this Summer), supplementing the turkey to be tabled at a friends’ gathering. I hope to enjoy something like a Sierra Nevada Celebration later today.

Poured a bottle of my Nice & Smooth Stout in preparation for coring, peeling and slicing apples for a pie. At the same time, the salmon that was brined earlier is curing before going on the smoker. I will also help my wife build a salad of arugula with cous cous and Kalamata olives.
